Interested parties must register for service online here and complete all paperwork and billing requirements prior to March 31st, 2024 to qualify for the promotional discount.
Customers are required to provide a payment method for the account, which is kept on file for automatic monthly billing. Billing will begin once service is lit.
Customers are required to accept the earliest reasonable installation date offered by the Fiber Connect team.
Upon the successful completion of the installation and the preparedness of the service for activation, the customer is required to promptly accept and initiate the service activation process, which includes payment of the install fee and prorated monthly fee.
This promotion excludes additional expenses in the event a viable pathway for fiber is unavailable at the premise. Any extra projects, including but not limited to underground conduit placement, repair, or exploration, will incur separate charges beyond the installation fee and monthly fees.
