Low and Fixed Income Program
It is our pleasure to inform you that our LFI Program is entirely funded by Fiber Connect. We take great pride in self-funding this program, without relying on external subsidies or funding sources. This means that Fiber Connect absorbs any associated lost revenue to ensure the seamless operation and continued success of this program.
Details: Approved applicants will receive a 50% discount on Fiber Connect’s standard installation fee and monthly broadband service. Please note: You will be responsible for the remaining 50% of your installation fee and monthly service charge, along with any other optional service add-ons.
Eligibility is determined by annual household income level.
As long as this program is offered, applicants will be required to reapply for the LFI Program every 12 months to reestablish and verify eligibility. Applicants who are denied are welcome to reapply if their household income level changes at any time.
Application Process: Please fill out and submit the form below to Fiber Connect. Your application is incomplete until you submit the required documentation, which includes a copy of your most recent Federal 1040 Tax Return. Final determination of your eligibility is dependent on your Federal Return. You can submit your documentation by email to BFCMA.LFI@gmail.com
Acceptable Documentation: Please submit the first two pages of your most recent Federal Tax Return. If you are unable to submit copies of your Tax Return paperwork, please contact our Team to explore alternative verification possibilities.
